Account Directors

Account Director High Wycombe £50K - £55K

Our client requires an Account Director to join their busy and successful marketing services company in order to develop relationships with key clients. You will have the overall responsibility for the account team and will be a clear leader in directing client solutions. You will be a key contributor and leader in client reviews and will work with the business development, analysis, production and account teams to ensure that client solutions are successfully delivered.

You have at least 8 years experience within the marketing industry and have practical experience in relationship building, business development, CRM and the design, management and implementation of marketing databases. You have excellent project management experience and understand MS Excel, Access and PowerPoint. Understanding SPSS or SAS / Viper is also useful.

You must have excellent interpersonal and influencing skills with strong communication, planning and organisation abilities. You have a hands-on approach and can delegate when necessary but take ownership and responsibility for a project. You are customer focused and ambitious.


Account Director London £50K - £65K

Our client, a marketing data service business, is looking for an Account Director to work extremely closely with one of their clients - not just to ensure everything is running smoothly but by being at least two steps ahead at all times. They want to grow business from within so need someone with a proactive nature. They will have to also work closely with each of the agencies involved for creative, online etc

This candidate will have the account management and sales department dealing with the day to day activities but will need to be completely aware of what’s happening at any one time, and have enough foresight to spot any areas of growth or difficulty.

Proven experience within direct marketing, managing multiple accounts within a large client is essential for this role.

This global leader in sales strategies is looking to recruit a Data Analyst who will work alongside three other analysts and be a core part of their Insight & Planning team. You will be responsible for the delivery of analysis across a number of clients and outputs will include ROI models, statistical analysis, ad hoc reports, operational snapshots and market trends.

The majority of work will be carried out in Excel, with common tasks including v & h lookups, basic functions and pivot tables, so advanced Excel skills would be highly advantageous. This is an exciting opportunity for a Data Analyst to work for a data company who offer all aspects of data support for the direct marketing, media and advertising industries. This is a challenging role in which the role holder will cover all marketing statistics, including: data processing, running profiles, modelling, cross selling and campaign analysis.

You will need an in-depth knowledge of the statistics needed in a marketing environment and of either SAS or SPSS or a similar statistics package. A degree with a Maths or Statistical component would be advantageous, as well as being a self starter with a ‘can do’ attitude.

Most of their products are web-based so good experience with ASP.NET is essential.
