Data Analyst Reigate, Surrey to £40,000
This direct marketing analytical consultancy provides analytics solutions for its clients and is looking for a Data Analyst to join their team in Reigate, Surrey. The company provides predictive targeting, customer segmentation and response analysis to their clients, working across a range of sectors.

They are looking for a Data Analyst with the following skills and experience:

• High competency in SPSS and with a knowledge of Answer Tree
• Experience of dealing with and manipulating large customer and/or transactional data sets
• Experience of building predictive targeting models
• Ability to produce reports and presentations to explain insights and results to marketing professionals

Key Account Manager London £30K - £35K +bonus

This leading email marketing company continues to grow and is looking to recruit a Key Account Manager to join their well established client services team. You will manage their existing key accounts, formulating client email strategy and the creation of account plans and assume responsibility for the day to day management of accounts. You will also work to identify and optimise email opportunities in order to deliver new revenue streams.

For this role you should have an in-depth understanding of the online marketplace and strong experience in online marketing, preferably including email marketing, as well as experience of managing key business accounts. You are a confident decision maker under pressure, are highly organized and efficient, with an ability to manage multiple situations and retain a clear head during the busiest of times.


Business Development Executive

London £25K - £30K (OTE £50K)

This leading provider of digital direct marketing services is looking for an organized and hardworking Business Development Executive to join their growing technology sales team. This role will entail researching and targeting client leads, presenting proposals and demonstrating the capabilities of email marketing software to senior executive level buyers. You will develop a solid revenue pipeline that meets or exceeds given quotas and will negotiate contracts and close deals.

The successful candidate will be a determined self-starter with strong organisational skills and a positive attitude, with a passion for winning new business and a proven history of hitting or exceeding targets.


Email Senior Campaign Manager
London £40,000
This award-winning supplier of email marketing software and services, with clients internationally, is looking for an enthusiastic, detail-oriented professional with excellent communication skills to lead their Campaign Management team. This role will involve the preparation and dispatch of email campaigns for some of the UK’s largest companies. You will work closely with the Key Accounts, Project Management and Account Management teams to ensure client goals are met and will ensure the appropriate resources are available when needed.

They are looking for someone who can set a positive example for the campaign management team in what they say and do, with good people skills and the ability to mentor team mates. You will have previous experience in a digital marketing environment and HTML and CSS coding and design experience would be a bonus. Account Director London £45K - £60K

Our media agency client currently has a vacancy for an Account Director in their London office. This role will be working in their Client Services division, which is responsible for the delivery of insight led on- and off-line client marketing campaigns.
This role will involve:

- Fully understanding client objectives, targets and budgets and delivering against these
- Developing business by seeking out opportunities within client accounts to enhance profitability
- Managing the strategic direction of all allocated accounts
- Providing effective client communication, including regular meetings and presentations of plans
- Managing research, planning, execution and evaluation of campaigns across all media channels
- Leading account teams to deliver against client objectives

Although this role is based in London the successful applicant would need to be prepared to travel to Basingstoke once or twice a week. For this position they need someone with a good media background. You will need to be experienced in leading client accounts and will have the drive necessary to achieve results whilst maintaining standards. You will be a self-confident person, a self-starter who is consistent and self-disciplined.


Account Director (DM Specialist) Basingstoke £45K - £60K

Our media agency client currently has a vacancy for an Account Director who specialises in Direct Marketing. This position will be based in their Client Services division which is responsible for the delivery of insight led on- and off-line client marketing campaigns. This role will work with data-led client accounts, managing DM strategy and its execution. The Account Director will need to understand fully client objectives, targets and budgets and deliver against these and will provide strategic direction, engaging with key client contacts and driving data strategy and planning forward.

For this position they need someone with strong data/DM skills and a good media background. You will need to be experienced in leading client accounts and will have the drive necessary to achieve results whilst maintaining standards. You will be a self-confident person, a self-starter who is consistent and self-disciplined.


Data Sales Account Manager London £40k - £45K + excellent commission

Our client is a leading supplier of consumer data for direct marketing. They are looking for a senior sales person to sell across data and lead generation. You should have extensive experience within direct marketing sales and have a strong record of achieving sales targets.

You will have a comprehensive understanding of data and lead generation (on and offline), and have good contacts within the DM industry. Candidates should have strong presentation skills and be able to discuss complex marketing solutions with high level marketing contacts.


Account Manager Kent £20K - £25K +bonus

Our client is looking for a bright, enthusiastic individual who has the drive and determination to succeed in this List Manager role, which will encompass both account management of existing clients and new business activity. You will be responsible for a mixture of new and existing business and will have a proven track record managing key accounts.

You will ideally have direct marketing experience or a strong sales back ground with a minimum of two years business experience. You must be prepared to make cold calls as this will take up a portion of the day to day activity and is vital to the success of this role.

There is room to progress within this company, with opportunities to build and manage a larger sales team or to move into other areas of the business.


Sales Consultant West Yorkshire £18K - £25K +comm

Our direct marketing services client is looking for enthusiastic sales people to join their growing and lively team. You should have some proven sales experience in any field though advertising, services and solutions rather than product sales may be of benefit. This is an office based role with face to face client meetings becoming part of your role as your experience grows.
