Marketing Manager London £45K - £55K +bonus

Our client is a major leading provider of information technology that delivers a unique onsite/offshore delivery model for their clients. They require a Marketing Manager to join their Field Marketing Team, working within the Telco, Information, Media and Entertainment and Insurance verticals. You will primarily be focused on the creation and execution of UK vertical marketing campaigns that drives new business revenue growth.

You will develop vertical marketing strategies, plan and manage UK marketing programmes and gather intelligence to feed the sales field. Funnel building and lead generation for new business is key to this role and you will participate and manage UK marketing field events in support of your campaigns.

For this role you will have proven experience working for an IT Services or IT Solutions Company, ideally with an understanding of offshore capabilities. You should also have some experience working within one or more of the specified verticals. You have run successful marketing campaigns and know how to drive lead generation in the UK market. You've got a strong personality and are highly motivated with excellent communication skills and can work in a complex matrix environment.


Sales Executive London £TBC

The main focus of this Sales Executive role will be to develop new business sales opportunities for email applications by researching and targeting prospects. You must have an ability to manage the whole sales cycle and have a clear sales methodology; able to identify opportunities, develop, manage and close deals. This will involve presenting proposals and demonstrating our client’s capabilities to senior executive level buyers.

Ideally you will have over 2 years’ experience of direct selling email marketing technologies and of over achieving on targets. You will need excellent presentation and negotiation skills, plus fantastic communication skills. You are focused and hard working and someone who is motivated by achieving their targets for activities. A good working knowledge of Salesforce.com would be beneficial.


Sales Team Manager London £TBC

Our client is looking for a Sales Team Manager for their digital division who will focus on driving new business sales, targeting the small and medium enterprise market, selling through telephone, online demonstrations and email. You will be the experienced commercial manager of the team, evaluating opportunities and supporting team members as they close new customer contracts.

The ideal candidate will have 5 years of selling marketing solutions experience, with 2-3 of these selling email solutions and a minimum of 12 months experience managing a growing sales team. Ideally you should have experience using a leading sales automation application such as Salesforce.com. You will need to have a deep email and digital domain and market knowledge and will understand what it takes to build a strong and successful team.


Sales Manager London to £45K (OTE £90K)

This email marketing company has a vacancy for a Sales Manager who will focus 100% on new business. They’re looking for someone bright, who is a quick learner and has experience of building a sales pipeline. You will be managing the sales cycle from cold call to first meeting to negotiation and ultimately close, selling to a wide range of companies in terms of size and industry, utilising leads generated through trade shows and the internet.

You’ll need good negotiating and business closing skills and will be someone who can build relationships quickly. You will be someone who enjoys working hard, probably with an interest in the online space.


Account Manager

West London £30K +comm

This leading provider of online fieldwork and technology services is seeking a first-class experienced software / technical business development individual to join them in this fast-growing and innovative industry. This Account Manager role is primarily a new business development position with the option to grow and maintain accounts over time.

As Account Manager, you will sell their online software in a defined sales territory, meeting or exceeding revenue and retention targets for specified accounts, building excellent client relationships and developing delighted customers.

For this position they are looking for someone with 2/ 3+ years' proven consultative sales experience and a solid track record of sales success. You must have the ability to thrive in a quota driven environment and an understanding and aptitude for the market research industry. Internet research and related technical and software understanding would be an advantage.


Media Manager (Press) London £30K - £40K +comm

Our client is a highly successful direct response agency. They are looking for a Media Manager working on Press. This is a strategic role and you should therefore have an in-depth understanding of direct marketing, with specific experience within Press. You will be strategically advising your clients, so need to have hands on experience running direct marketing / press campaigns. The role is primarily working on press and some inserts, though you will also be involved in digital and data-related marketing campaigns.

Experience within mail order, travel or finance would be beneficial. This a complex role and needs a candidate who has excellent client facing experience, strategic direct marketing experience and can manage numerous accounts simultaneously. Some experience working on new business pitches also required.

Telesales Executive (Data & DM)
Hertfordshire £25K +comm

Our client is a leading online source of direct marketing lists and is currently looking for a proven sales professional to help them maximise sales made through their website.

Working in a team of sales people, you will make outbound sales calls to their registered users, developing customer accounts and providing first class customer service.

You will have knowledge of direct marketing, and preferably the list / data marketplace, a persuasive telephone manner and proven sales ability, as well as being numerate and computer literate.


Data Analyst London £40K - £50K
Our client is a global leader in providing marketing services and solutions to their customers and require a Data Analyst to join their very busy and successful team in the London office. The culture is dynamic and vibrant and you will be providing analysis and insight to the business in order to create new opportunities and profitable growth. You will manage analytical projects from inception to delivery and make recommendations on the best use of available data sources. You will work closely with other teams to provide information on customers, their lifetime value and other useful information that will influence strategy.

You must be technically literate (Java, SQL, VBA and data design) with strong marketing analytical experience such as statistics, data manipulation and problem solving with understanding of managing large data sets. You are a good communicator and can interpret data for business requirements and can use datasets such as Doubleclick and Tradedoubler along with SQL and web analysis data. Business Development Manager

London £30K +comm

Our client is a not for profit membership organisation and would like to find a Business Development Manager for an initial 6 month period. This role may then develop into a permanent role if the candidate successfully develops sponsorship sales solutions across identified products and services from the organisation.

In addition to creating and selling revenue generating packages, there is scope to implement and develop long term strategic partnerships. You will develop funding and sponsorship proposals with other managers within the organisation and take these through to completion via project development, bid and proposal writing to deliver commercially viable pitches.

You must have substantial face to face sales experience and have developed proposals through to completion. Adept at presenting to clients and agencies, you demonstrate flair and creative-writing skills and have the confidence and tenacity to enjoy taking on new projects. You are also able to maintain and develop client relationships to maximise their potential. It would be an advantage to have experience of professional membership organisations.


Business Development Consultant

London £50K +comm

Our client is a data processing/management provider servicing many companies in the data procurement/rental sector. They require a Senior Business Development Consultant to focus on their key service of CRM solutions for end user clients.

You will work alongside the existing team that already provides prospective client ‘openings’. You must have at least 3 years working within direct marketing, good presentation skills and the ability to work independently or within a team to win new business. You should also have some knowledge of CRM and the use of data for campaigns via postal, telephone and email channels. You are self motivated to achieve against targets set.

Preferably, but not essential, you have worked in a sales or business development role in an environment where data and database(s) were an integral part of the overall service. While you may currently work for a large corporation, this role will require someone who can adapt to working in an SME, where your work will be greatly influential in its success. Your ability to hit the ground running and work with prospective clients as soon as possible will be an advantage.


Sales Consultant Aldershot £20K - 25K + com (£35K - £40K OTE)

Our client supplies multi-channel lead generation and requires a Sales Consultant to join their busy and successful small team as soon as possible. You should have some direct marketing experience with some online understanding but your approach to sales is more important. You are ambitious and presentable with personal motivation to create new clients through cold calling and via leads provided by the company.

You are unafraid of picking up a telephone to find new business and will gain confidence through on the job training to meet clients face to face and close deals. Production Executive Aldershot £14K - £18K

Our client is a provider of multi-channel lead generation and they require an additional Production Executive to join their small and lively team. You have really strong attention to detail, are passionate and committed and willing to learn quickly. Articulate and numerate you are aspirational and bright and are self motivated to succeed. Your attitude is more important than your experience as this role will provide you with on the job training however some experience within direct marketing would help you.

You will liaise with clients each day via the telephone and deal with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of campaigns so you must be calm under pressure and highly organised by nature.
